Clear Ritual

It started in a stone alley in Dubrovnik.

Easy to miss—no sign, no display, just an open door and a reason to step inside. The kind of place you only find when you’re not looking for it.

Inside was a small tea shop with handwritten labels, ceramic jars, and a shopkeeper who didn’t try to sell us anything. On one shelf sat an amber blend... slightly sweet, unfamiliar, impossible to place. We ordered it anyway.

What followed wasn’t like coffee.

Coffee announces itself. It arrives loud, then leaves just as quickly. This was different: clear, steady energy and calm focus that carried through the afternoon without asking anything in return.

Most people know that feeling of discovering something you almost passed by—a dish you didn’t expect to love, a flavor you can’t forget, something so quietly effective you only notice it once it’s gone.

The problem started on the flight home.

Back in the UK, nothing came close to the experience. So we tracked down the blend, traced its origins, and spent the next six months learning how to make it properly.

Clear Ritual exists because one drink in one city made everything else feel like a compromise.
